You know that this is all about money when you stop by the vet without an appt for a Dr or tech to just take a look at your dog’s eye (they SHOULD know just by looking at it) to see if it’s a stye or if it could be something else. IF it could be something else, then make an appt. 2 seconds!!!! That’s how much time it would’ve taken. But I was denied! Advised to visit another Banfield’s to SEE if they could see my baby. Oh! And they were almost going to lunch so God forbid they take 2 seconds to look at a dog’s eye. I mean, seriously. It is absolutely disappointing!! I have 2 dogs and I just signed up for my new puppy. And you have to complete a year before you’re able to cxl. I am still in disbelief. Disgusted! This is my very first time needing a quick thing outside of an appt with any of my pets throughout the years. I didn’t ask for the moon. Just for 2 seconds or 2 minutes of your time. When you have an appt they “take care” of you. But this is when you find out they only use dollar signs. Truly disappointed to say the least.

This Banfield location is truly my favorite one. I won’t go to any other location. I have been taking my pets here for nearly 2 years and they all adore the office staff. I appreciate how everyone always answers all of questions and concerns. I utilize the drop-off method for both my cats and dog and it’s been so useful, especially on days where work is a little busier for me. I can just drop them off in the morning and pick them up during lunch.

We have been clients at this very for 7 years but today was the end for us. I took our dog in at 8:45am for an acute injury/illness. At noon, I called to check on him and he had still not even been seen by a vet. Then the tech calls about an hour later wanting to do an xray for $1000 and labs for $240. These people are tone def to the craziness of those prices. I can pay out of pocket for an x ray for myself for less than that. The care has gone downhill over the past 2 years and the doctors your pet sees are not consistent. Everyone seems stressed and staffing appears to be an issue. Such a shame!
