Banfield has been nothing but supportive on Church's recovery. Honestly, you would not recognize this cat. Thank you Banfield for not gouging me for money, and honestly caring about my pet. I can't say enough good things. You saved me thousands and their monthly wellness plan is well worth it!! $95/mo including dental. Invest in your pets.

- JJJANNAHJan 25, 20261.0My kitten got neutered here at 6 months old and has not been the same since shortly after getting neutered his anus started to prolapse regularly and go in and out. I took him to be seen a week after his procedure to see what was happening they told me it was normal and he was fine and sent me away with a pretty expensive wet food… Later down the line my kitten prolapsed again and it wouldnt go away I have had to pay expensive vet bills on top of the monthly membership with banfield… Honestly do not recommend this place to anyone they completely disregarded my situation and eventually i had to seek emergency care elsewhere… This was literally NEVER an issue with my kitten until they nuetered him.

My dog was treated at this clinic and I purchased a one-year insurance plan after being clearly told that I would be able to renew the Simparica Trio medication during that period. The one-year term has not expired, yet the doctor at this clinic refused to authorize the purchase and demanded that I pay for another consultation. It is clear that they are only interested in making money and have no real concern for the well-being of pets. This behavior is misleading, unethical, and unacceptable.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
