I brought my dog in today to get treated for an ear infection. The staff that I dealt with were ok. They make sure to do everything they can to upsell you on more than you need! From the intial interview all the way up to pick-up time. Not to mention they gave me the wrong instructions for the medication they gave me. Glad I did my own research. I guess thats just to keep my dog sick so i'll come back in for a follow up. And when i call back to clerify they put me on an endless hold. Then i call back and no answer. Next time my dog needs help i'll make sure to explore other options.

We had a scheduled appointment at 4:00 PM and unfortunately experienced a series of issues that made the visit extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Due to traffic, we attempted to call the hospital to inform staff that we would be a few minutes late. However, we were placed on hold for approximately 10–12 minutes and ultimately hung up once we arrived at the clinic. Upon entering, we noticed that the receptionist was unoccupied at the front desk, yet it still took approximately 30–40 minutes before we were taken to a room.
Once in the room, the nurse repeatedly asked for the same information multiple times. We then waited an additional 35 minutes before the nurse returned simply to reconfirm which medication had been administered to our dog. Shortly afterward, the doctor came in for only a few minutes to administer medication and barely performed what was supposed to be our dog’s annual exam. In total, it took over an hour to complete an annual exam with a prescheduled appointment. During this entire period, we could clearly hear staff members having casual conversations in the back without any apparent sense of urgency while patients were waiting.
The most concerning issue occurred with our dog’s rabies vaccination. Our dog was administered the incorrect vaccine. Instead of the three-year rabies vaccine, she was given the one-year vaccine solely because she was overdue by approximately 20 days. At no point did the doctor inform us that a different vaccine would be administered, nor were we asked for our consent. Providing a medical treatment without clearly informing the pet owners beforehand is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Additionally, while we were there, another pet owner expressed concerns to the front desk. The receptionist’s response, verbatim, was: “I do not know, I was not here this morning.” There was no attempt to assist or address the concern, which further reinforced the impression that this location is poorly managed and lacks accountability.
Overall, this experience demonstrated a clear lack of organization, communication, professionalism, and consideration for both pets and their owners. Based on this visit, we have decided to cancel our membership due to the incompetence, lack of care, and overall distrust this clinic has created. It was also evident from conversations around us that we were not the only pet owners experiencing issues at this location.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the level of service and professionalism we encountered was far below what should be expected from a veterinary clinic.

This is the worst banfield I have ever been too. I have had two pets with banfield and this is the only located that EVERYONE was not doing their job or cared for my animal.
I was running a few minutes behind and called the office to make them aware, they put me on a hold that lasted the entire time they I had been, 5 minutes, I was still on hold pulling up to the building and decided to hang up because I was already there. When I walk in the front desk is sitting in her phone and I can see she has someone else on hold as well and she was not doing anything.
Then, once I check in I had to wait AN HOUR. To be seen. The tech came out and gathered my dogs info that she half listened because she ended up asking me the same questions later. When I got sat in a room I was waiting forever for the doctor or the tech. Not once was I checked in on, not once did anyone tell me the doctor was running behind. I just sat and waited.
Then when the doctor finally showed up, he barley does an exam on my pet, adminstora vaccinations. But, my pet has a 3 year distemper and rabies. She literally was 20 days past due and he gave her one years without consulting me or telling me anything. There was no communication on his part as to why. He never spoke up to me. The only reason I found out was because I looked at her rabies tag and info and saw it was a one year. When I questioned the tech about it, after they left the room without any further notice or detail and I had to walk myself out of the room to the front desk, she said " I don't know I am not the doctor I can not change it." I then asked to speak to the doctor because I was clearly upset. She went back to get him, and of course she came back and told me be could not take to me because he was going to see another patient. Which is convient because he had me wait an hour for him to see me but the next patient was urgent.
I then expressed to her that I understood it was not her fault but this was unprofessional there was no communication, and he had me wait an hour. On top of that he gave my pet the wrong vaccines and you told me there was nothing that could be done and he would not speak to me. On top of, him saying she was over due by 20 days makes it so she can not get a 3 year. That is not true. I was a ver tech for years, rabies is titered in the body for up to 3-5 years. So had she been years late I could understand, or even if he had spoken with me prior to doing it. But no, he just did whatever he wanted and did not discuss anything with me. Not to mention he saw my pet for all of 15 minutes if not less when it took him an hour to see her.
Lastly, my pet weighed in at 15.8 when I got to the office. Someone put 8 pounds, I told her that was inaccurate she is 15 pounds, mind you they had already given her the vaccinations which she also got lepto and influenza, so if her weight was 8 pounds she surely would have had w reaction but not one checked that. Thankfully I gave her Benadryl before going. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED IN MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION AFTER I MOVED TO A NEW AREA.
The do not care about your pets here, if I could give this place a -10 I would. I hated it so much I canceled my wellness plan and I am going to Pet folk, they have taken so much better care of my pet and treat her like the family she is.
Never bring your pet here.

Called and asfter asking them to book an appointment. The woman refused unless I told her over the phone where I was going. I could have told her upon arrival. But she denied me the appointment unless i told her where I would travel with my dog over the phone. I guess they stopped hiring people with common sense. Will definitely pass on taking my dog to this location. 8:37am

Had a family member show up for an appointment, completely unprofessional, waited almost an hour until her dog was looked at, everyone one of the staff had an attitude. Wrong information was put on the pet information sheet. Completely unacceptable.
