Your pet brings happiness to you and your family. Make sure they get the loving veterinary care they need at Banfield Pet Hospital on E Colonial Drive in Orlando, FL. Located just north of Orlando Executive Airport and west of Lake Barton by Colonial Town Center, our Orlando veterinary clinic serves the nearby neighborhoods of Northeast Orlando, Hibiscus, Azalea Park, and beyond.
Worst service ever at this location by Ramona. She needs to be trained to know how to provide customer service and be knowledgeable of the services that the vet provides instead of talking down and mistreat customers specially when there’s an emergency. She talks with attitude and doesn’t assist properly. PLEASE BE AWARE if you want to be treated poorly specially for how much money we as consumers have to pay monthly for services that are to be provided within the plans they offer. It really seems she’s not aware of this and this is concerning!!!!!!! I wouldn’t want to bring my dog back here if she’s the first person greeting me EVER!!!!!!

Very poor customer service.. Only the nurse was caring and seemed to want the best for my pup. While in the back, there were nurses screaming at dogs (including my own) and the actual doctor didn’t seem to care about what I had to say and just tried to get me to pay for something I wasn’t interested in and was in a hurry. Asked for certain services and was refused without explanation. At check out and scheduling for future services, I asked for an in-room visit as I prefer them and was met with very rude comments on how the doctors don’t like in-room appointments and drop offs were just easier and I should do that.. Which I denied and asked for in-room and was met with attitude and judgement. Definitely wouldn’t go to this location again..

The first few visits we had here were great, which is why we ended up buying into their puppy plan and continued bringing our dog back. However, around our fourth or fifth visit, my wife and I started noticing a shift. The overall experience declined, and the service became consistently poor.
One particularly concerning experience involved a staff member who made comments about how much she disliked her own dogs before taking ours to the back. Even if it was meant as a joke, it did not inspire confidence and felt unprofessional in that setting.
We also had an issue when trying to get flea medication prescribed for our dog. There seemed to be internal problems, as multiple staff members were unable to access their system to approve the refill. Despite this, we were still charged for the medication and never actually received it. After repeated back-and-forth with no resolution, we ended up going to a Petco mobile clinic to get what we needed.
Overall, our experience went from positive to frustrating and disappointing. Based on what we encountered, I would not recommend this place. It felt less focused on the care of the animals and more on the business side of things.

I called ahead and said why I was coming but got turned away when I walked in because no doctors were there. I walked past a sign that said Pet Walk-ins welcome which is untrue. Never again.

Had an appointment scheduled and they called us in 30 minutes early only to have us wait 2 hours for a routine physical and yearly shots. The room was also dirty and not cleaned in between visits. No updates from the staff until we asked. Horrible place.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
