  Excellent experience at Banfield. I have taken my puppy, Gabbana, there for both her vaccinations and when she has been sick, and she always comes out recovered and very well cared for. The staff is very professional, and the prices are quite fair for the quality of service. It is a trustworthy place where they truly care for animals. Highly recommended!

  I’ll always be grateful to the staff at Banfield for always being so kind and attentive with my pets. I unfortunately had to put my cat, Luna, down last year at this location. It was a truly sad day for us but I’m glad we made the decision to do it at Banfield. They gave us time to say goodbye, process the whole thing, and were just super sweet through the whole process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was just a very peaceful moment with our angel. I really appreciate their kindness through that process. We also bring our dog Bruno here for check ups and today we took him for a dental cleaning. I left him in their care all day and , although he was nervous, I know they were extra attentive with him making sure they checked everything while he was sleeping and even gave him a little pedicure. I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Even during pick ups I feel like everyone is super knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you Banfield staff!

  I brought my dog milo to this location march 11th to get his anal glands cleaned it was not done correctly I called same day to let them know brought him back march 20th a week later the doctor tried to charge me a extra$45 when he didn't clean them right and I paid $45 already a week ago the man is so rude and nasty he doesn't do a good job and he doesn't care about the pets I honestly believe he didn't even clean the anal glands the first time manger carly is so nasty laughing about the situation saying they are not going to refund me dont trust this location with you're pets they dont do the work you pay for

  Brought a poop sample to get tested for our very weak and fragile dog, kept calling to ask for result and kept being told it’s not out yet and have to wait and finally was told that they misplaced the sample and need us to bring another one! Extremely unprofessional and does not care about your super fragile dog suffering from the stomach problem and delaying their care and wasting our time. This place used to be great and it just kept going downhill in the past few years.
