I just have to say that Dr. Fleming, KRYSTA, and Holly are absolutely fantastic at this location!
They see me regularly because of the hospice/geriatric cats I care for. I feel I’m in excellent hands at this clinic. And I am beyond grateful. Eternally grateful.
Thank you ever so kindly & i’m wishing everyone Health and happiness for the holiday season and new year ❤️😸

Service was fine. The only problem I got is the charge for the meds. They told me over the phone that it was $50. I got to check out and it was $65. That medication can be bought anywhere for $26. I felt violated and abused. I know you probably don"t price this medication but I am at the point of filing a complaint with the BBB. Petco better be careful they can go out of business like everyone else. Its called "pricing youself out of business". I am retired with 65 years in retail and the reason everyone is going out of business is cost of goods. a 30% gross profit for these meds is fine but you have gone to 165%.

Our experience during follow-up care for a serious corneal ulcer was unacceptable and delayed my dog's proper diagnosis and treatment.
My dog was initially seen at an Emergency Vet for a corneal ulcer. After a week, the ER noted it had shrunk slightly and advised my regular vet (this clinic) to take over long-term care and medication.
1. Failure of Medical Diligence/Misdiagnosis: When I brought my dog in, this clinic failed to conduct a complete, independent re-check. They simply "piggybacked" on the ER's note. After the ulcer stalled at 3mm for a week, a classic sign of a non-healing condition, this vet's superficial exam failed to properly test the tissue. A veterinary ophthalmologist immediately diagnosed the condition as a painful, non-healing indolent ulcer. This clinic's incomplete examination and failure to investigate why the ulcer wasn't fully healing delayed my dog's necessary specialized treatment.
2. Failure of Safety and Professionalism: Due to repeated, stressful treatments, my dog developed fear-based aggression. I brought her here specifically for medication application assistance because I couldn't administer it safely at home. Instead of using proper safety protocols, such as muzzling or gentle restraint techniques, the clinic's staff admitted they were not restraining my dog when a bite incident occurred. Furthermore, while the clinic implied the tech's injury was serious enough to warrant dismissal of my dog, I observed the tech the following day typing at the desk without a bandage, and she confirmed she was "fine," directly contradicting the gravity used to justify terminating our care.
3. Unprofessional Patient Dismissal: After charging me for services and failing to implement basic safety measures, the clinic immediately refused to continue providing care. This is a profound failure of their duty, as they dismissed a patient who desperately needed continued medical attention for a chronic, painful condition they had already failed to diagnose.
