I was so surprised when he was done in an hour with every thing done except the blow drying. He didn’t like that but I was so very happy with how Ellie had taken care of my boy!!!

I will say, however, this location needs to have a buzzer for Grooming or something at the front door for clients who drop off pets before the store itself opens. Perhaps at least a sign that says "if you are dropping off for grooming before store hours, please call 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx" so it calls into the grooming area to let you in.

The team was so gentle, patient, and caring, which meant everything to me as a pet parent. My puppy came home looking absolutely beautiful, clean, and happy.
