I told her 10 days from an exam date and she acted like she didnt know how to count to 10. I asked her if she was incompetent and she hung the phone up. This was after she asked me the same question three times and I answered her in detail twice. We are in some deep trouble I don't know where they're getting these people from. But I have never in my life met anyone that deserves to lose their job literally get fire on the spot. Many of the people and customer service positions around the United States behave as if they don't want a job.

- BBBrianJan 27, 20261.0We originally brought our pets here due to the convenient location but switched to a different vet after experiencing poor treatment. However, I continued purchasing prescription dog food from this Banfield location using a valid prescription from our new veterinarian, something they kept on file and honored without issue. I provided an updated prescription each year. This arrangement worked fine for nearly two years until tonight, when I was suddenly told it would be "illegal" for them to sell me prescription dog food with a prescription from another vet. If that's true, I have to wonder...have they been knowingly engaging in "illegal" activity for the past two years? Is this simply a policy they've decided to enforce? Either way, it's a frustrating experience for a longtime customer who followed all the rules.

I called to book an appointment because the website was glitching, and I had the unpleasant experience of talking with Taylor. She said that this message shouldn’t have been sent, but didn’t bother to apologize. I tried to understand why this happened, and she got visibly irritated at me for doing so. I had to ask her name three times because she kept avoiding the question. This girl seriously needs to be trained and taught on decent costumer service and how to at least pick up a phone.
- NPN M PJan 14, 20265.0Banfield Ocoee has been our preferred location for the past 2.5 years. We purchased the Optimum Wellness Plan for our two Frenchies-Ava and Draco. We have been to Banfield Ocoee MANY times( Frenchie owners can relate lol). The staff is always professional and super friendly. My Frenchies get excited when they realize where we are which was initially surprising. I quickly came to realize that they have no fears because of how well they are treated by this compassionate staff. We have met with Dr. George and Maddy most of the times we have gone. Both go above and beyond to explain what is happening with Ava and Draco and providing an excellent level of care. See you guys soon but hopefully, just for preventive care!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
