  I love Dr. Copeland and Dr. George. They have been amazingly personal and professional with my dogs. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have been to several vets over the years and this is the best experience I have had out of all them. I was nervous about switching to a "chain," but we have 4 dogs and 2 of them go to college with my kids in different cities, so it's very helpful to be able to go to different locations when they are away. This prompted us to consider switching, but since then, we have taken 2 of the dogs to the Ocoee, FL location, and one of my dogs had bladder surgery there this week. The Optimum Wellness Plan is excellent and more affordable than other plans we have used at other vets, and includes more services, too. We are so pleased with the service we have received by the vets as well as the staff at the clinic.

  I’m still paying for a dead dog. My dog (17 yrs) died less than a month after it received shots under the new year’s cycle. Tests indicated he had elevated levels but was healthy. I really didn’t need to be messaged about setting up an appointment for my dog that’s been gone for over four months, nor asked to review services.

  I had the worst experience ever , my cat was misdiagnosed, they only care about money not the wellbeing of your pet . I’ll send don’t go there .

  Canfield Occoe is the place you all want to bring your pets... in this location particularly there's a doctor there that has a big heart for animals..make a note ..and I mean it....you want your babies protected and safe.. Bring to this location!

  Refused service and hung the phone up because she did not get a question answered the way she wanted it. I told her 10 days from an exam date and she acted like she didnt know how to count to 10. I asked her if she was incompetent and she hung the phone up. This was after she asked me the same question three times and I answered her in detail twice. We are in some deep trouble I don't know where they're getting these people from. But I have never in my life met anyone that deserves to lose their job literally get fire on the spot. Many of the people and customer service positions around the United States behave as if they don't want a job.
