  Not your typical big box store. I was there Monday evening with my grandparents and both the associate who assited with the fish and the cashier were awesome. Great representation of the store and the brand. Not to mention my oplaline gorami is looking healthy!

  Had a great time. My daughter got a bearded dragon and my son got a Glofish. Sean or Shawn (I can't remember how it's spelled) was really helpful with both pets giving us advice on care and helping us to get the best deal on the pets and some of their care items.

  I walked in looking for a harness for my dog, found it easily but I didn't know if it would fit luckily for me my cashier MJ had helped me to understand exactly what I was in the market for and with the same understanding described they're rewards membership and I can proudly say I'm a new member thank you MJ

  The customer service in this store is horrible. I’m not the type of person to use the race card, however my family was the only black family in the store. Everyone else was getting assistance and smiles. I had to step up front and find the 3 associates and ask them if someone was available to help in the hamster section. The hamster section is within their line of site, close by the registers. One girl walked out the door and pointed back to me, the other lady said “I’ll get someone to help you” and she went right back to talking to the other associate. I went back and waiting by the hamsters while still watching them watch me. The lady who walked out the door ended up coming over, I asked if my daughter could see a hamster she wanted for her birthday…. She looks at me and says “are you planning on buying it today?” Which I replied, “yes, why is that a problem?” She said no it’s no problem and then she turned around and walked off and kept mumbling something and calling someone’s name. At this point, I just left ….. not sure what the issue is but they def need a few lessons in customer service
