  Please take off the explanation of low cost cause they aren't They charged me for blood test $too much and could help me at all they just talked about the costs and the Gainesville hospital without trying the self the maximum to help my dog 🐶 So Please you are the professional not me...and I think you should be more animal lover...😔

  Paddock Park Animal Care Center and the staff were amazing. My vet insurance gave me them as a provider and said they were one of the top rated providers. I booked a sick visit for my cat and was in there the next morning. I didn’t realize how serious it was and the doctor Chelsea was amazing with providing me all of the information, the risks, etc and guiding me in the process while making me feel comfortable and confident that my cat is getting the best care.

  I just moved here to Ocala from Ohio. Scheduling online one day in advance was easy, emailing previous vet records was easy, check-in was easy, staff were polite, professional and easy going. The annual package is a great value and monthly chews to cover all your basic preventatives offering a 6-month supply is a good value and peace of mind. Check-out and follow-up scheduling was easy. The place is clean, well-appointed and not pretentious. The biggest thing to me is honesty and transparency and this place did not push additional procedures, products or services that were unnecessary.

  I hate to give 1 star but I am a little upset with my wife's experience. We brought our young cat in because she is sick. My wife said she loved the nurse/receptionist but the doctor, whoever it was, "made me feel like a woman at an autoshop." When asking about our cat's age my wife said the wrong age that was written down, off by a month, because we saved our cat when she was a kitten. She climbed into my car while I was on a delivery and we kept her. We figured she was at least a month so we guessed. When she got it wrong the doctor apparently made her feel stupid. She went on to say that he didn't really look at our cat, gave her meds and sent her on her way. Now I have medicine that I am giving her and I am grateful but there was no talk of what to do if it gets worse. No talk of what to look out for. No talk of anything. I know you guys see thousands of pets throughout the year. I get it. However, when people go to you for care with a very obviously sick cat, a little more compassion would be nice.
