I was told by my veterinarian that my dog needed to re checked for heartworms because it had been over a month since her last pill (I sent the prescription to Vetco on Dec 6, 2023 and they never got around to approving it). The Vetco vet at Petco said that wasn't true and she didn't want me to pay for something I didn't need. She wrote a new prescription and I was able to purchase the heartworm medicine right then and there.
