  Naomi absolutely blew me away with her work ethic! She was juggling everything—answering calls, comforting customers, assisting the doctor—while still managing her own responsibilities with ease. She’s truly the heart of the place. She made Shiloh and my first visit so enjoyable. Keep up the great work—you’re appreciated more than you know!

  I was at Vetco in Oakland park fl yesterday with my roommate to get our dogo looked at and get a vaccination, the front desk was extremely friendly, we were originally seen by a different male nurse, we did not really understand him and the later he was on his phone in the room while the doctor was in there talking to us, he also cut us off a lot while I was talking. The to have a different girl nurse come into the room to apologize and then to proceed to help us with the doctor’s plan and to listen to more of our concerns. To only find out she was not even a manager, she pulled the manager to reassure me about our concerns about miscommunication in the room was being heard. Manager came into the room and listened to us and helped my roommate out as well. Front desk and nurse and manager, and doctor. were amazing. Left with a happy dogggoooo! Will definitely be back at this locations

  Our visit to the PetCo Vet clinic for our puppy’s first wellness check was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, treating our puppy with great tenderness and interacting with us with genuine care. The cleanliness of the facility and the expedient service we received stood out as being far above any other clinic we have visited. We are so grateful for the excellent service and want to thank the staff for making our first visit such a positive one.

  Atmosphere is clean and positive, soon as I walked in Jasmine greeted me and my fur baby name Zara, she gave her water, and comfort her when she was nervous. Dr. Outland was very friendly she made us feel welcome very detail oriented. Most of all she explains everything from point A to point B. I was listening to her prior conversation with another family and I can tell she makes you feel comfortable without a doubt. Her tech name Matthew AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He definitely love his job and I can tell this was something he wanted to be in which I hope he thinks about becoming a Doctor as well!!! Love you guys see you soon for a 3wk update.

  We brought our Bella to be seen at Vetco and we must say we were very happy that we did. The staff is super friendly and very informative. They showed that they truly care about our furry family members. I would definitely recommend anyone bringing their fur babies to Vetco!! Thank you to the doctor and staff!!
