  I recently bought cichlid fish from Petco and had a really good experience. The fish selection was colorful, active, and looked healthy in the tank. The staff member helping me was knowledgeable and gave helpful advice on tank size, water conditions, and which cichlids would be compatible together. I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions before I made the purchase. My cichlids adjusted well to the tank at home and have been doing great so far. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the fish and the customer service, and I would definitely buy cichlids from Petco again. Petco also carries a strong freshwater cichlid selection online and in stores, which made it easy to find the type I wanted. (Petco)

  La atención es pésima en el grooming tenía appointment para mi perrita a las 9.00 am y salí a las 10.00 y no le hicieron nada el trato de la señorita que me atendió fue pésimo mi perrita es sana y lleve todas sus vacunas al día al final no le hicieron nada no recomiendo el lugar a nadie

  I scheduled a grooming appointment and received a call about an hour before the appointment telling me my dog could not be groomed because he is 12 years old. I was told this is “Petco policy,” yet I cannot find this policy written anywhere on Petco’s website. My dog is in excellent health and has been groomed regularly without issue. What was most frustrating was that this decision was made without anyone even seeing or assessing him. If this truly is company policy, it should be clearly stated on your website so customers are aware before scheduling appointments. If it is not, then staff should be better trained on how to communicate with customers and explain decisions in a transparent and respectful way. Canceling an appointment an hour before with a vague explanation is not acceptable from a company of this size.
