- FLFlorencia LagosSep 5, 20251.0I took my puppy, who is 7 months old, for a blood withdrawal. I've been coming to this clinic since she was 1 month old. While she has always been a bit anxious, it hasn't been anything out of the ordinary. However, today I was refused service. One of the staff members was willing to proceed, but the brunette girl employee flinched at the slightest movement and refused to continue. I believe the employees are not suited for this job. I seen similar reviews to this and it's upsetting how they haven't done anything to change this.
