I also mentioned that he has been attacked before by black and white dogs, so he gets anxious with those around, and so they mentioned that because of "his security and other dogs" he cannot be accepted either. What kind of service is this? I explained to the lady in customer service that my dog has been there before, but she mentioned that it was over a year ago, which makes no sense how that could impact on this. I do NOT recommend this place.

I was told when I purchased them that if something happened I could return it and get a refund or replacement by the employee who got them for us as well as the cashier. I kept my receipt and have been taking pictures and videos daily as I care very much for my tank and love all my fish. I noticed right away something was wrong and was hoping for the best but nevertheless it passed. I take water test regularly and check my tank daily and write everything down. I called and they now say they can’t take it and give a replacement or refund. Waited to talk with manager and they hung up the phone. This is false advertisement and lead us to buy fish from there under false pretenses. Don’t trust these employees!!!
