- HHHunter HoltNov 17, 20251.0Bought a few fish from them 7 days ago and one of the fish died as the others are doing very well. I was told when I purchased them that if something happened I could return it and get a refund or replacement by the employee who got them for us as well as the cashier. I kept my receipt and have been taking pictures and videos daily as I care very much for my tank and love all my fish. I noticed right away something was wrong and was hoping for the best but nevertheless it passed. I take water test regularly and check my tank daily and write everything down. I called and they now say they can’t take it and give a replacement or refund. Waited to talk with manager and they hung up the phone. This is false advertisement and lead us to buy fish from there under false pretenses. Don’t trust these employees!!!
