She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but what truly stood out was the love and respect they showed my cat. They treated her with such dedication and care. It’s hard to find a place where you feel your pet is in such good hands. Highly recommended!

- AAAngely ArveloFeb 5, 20261.0Fui con mi gato enfermito, tos, yo estaba muy nerviosa de verlo asi, me ofrecieron un plan de 88 dolares al mes porque habia que hacer muchas pruebas, de 8 y media am a 5 y pico de la tarde, solo hicieron 3 pruebas del plan, me dejaron esperando y al final todo lo que se iba a hacer no se hizo porque ahora segun ellos no era necesario!!...me cobraron casi 90 dolares por la inyeccion, total 240 por entrar al plan que no estaba previsto y al final no era necesario despues de pagarlo, yo no firme contrato ni lei ni me explicaron ni entregaron contrato firmado, es mas ni me hablaron de contrato, solo firme la pantallita para hacer pago mensual, ellos ahora dicen que yo les firme contrato y no puedo cancelar plan sin hacer pago completo de un año, y despues de la inyeccion el dia que fui mi gato empezo con vomitos, y la tos se agravó, supuestamente el plan me incluia consultas de urgencias con ellos, mi gato no dejaba de vomitar y un sr. Nicolas que tomo la linea se burlo de mi diciendome que no tenian cupo para mi gato, que fuera a otro lugar. y entonces con un plan que ni lo atienden, que lo lleve a otra veterinaria que ellos no pueden hacerle cita a un gato enfermo... pésima atención y no les importa tu mascota, o por lo menos la mía no les importo y la recepcionista no habla español, tampoco conocí la doctora que lo atendió ni vi nada de lo que le hicieron, y lo de que lo lleve a otra veterinaria! en el plan no te cumplen, no lo recomiendo. Fui a otra veterinaria que no es Banfield, y gracias a Dios mi gato esta mucho mejor, mucha la diferencia!, yo no recomiendo Banfield ni sus planes tampoco, no trabajan bien ni cumplen.

The doctors are amazing, the communication is clear, the place is always clean and the atmosphere is extra friendly. I wish they could be MY primary care doctors and nurses too! I trust these people with my eyes closed to take care of my beloved fur babies!!!!!!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
