We took an in room appointement at 930 AM. When we were at the clinic they wanted us to leave the dog between 2 and 4 hours before to take car of her. They said morning appointements are drop dogs, but the appointent clearly said in room at 9:30. I drive 45 minutes what a waste of time. She is a brand new rescue dog we had to show her to a vet quickly that why we took the appointement. What the point to take an appointement and wait 4 hours? I will never come back and i will cancel the insurance i have with my other dog. I dont want pay Every month and an issue to show my dog. They said : « the web appointement is hard to take » I dont want to think what will happen if we had a big emergency …

They hire people who don’t like animals. All they care about is money.

Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and care for my little babies. A special thank you to Dr. McCubbin for her professional work and for making me feel safe throughout all the processes I went through with Lola ❤️ She is undoubtedly an excellent professional, and I am very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of them.

We have been coming to this location for years and they usually have good customers service. We usually take the last appointment of the day since our dog gets very anxious and needs extra time so as a way to accommodate us, they recommend us to come around 4 on satudays (and hour before closing). Today, we made it at 4:10 due to traffic and while we were waiting, one of the nurses walked out around 4:15 and even said bye to us. At 4:30 they finally tell us they cant see us because we came late and they let the nurse go early because we were a no show... the same nurse that said bye to us. So they let the nurse go even though we were already there. I understand we were 15 minutes late and I am not saying they had to wait for us, but the nurse was still there when we got there, yet they let them go early and let us stay until 4:30 to finally say the cant see us. We had given our dog medication to calm him down so now we have to drug him again for another appointment. Not at this location anymore though.
