- CLCrystal Love3 days ago1.0The veterinarian at this location has ZERO sympathy for your wallet in this economy, but use the love you have for your pet to charge you for everything she THINKS is wrong with your animal. I’ve been dealing with different Banfield Pet Hospitals for over 9 years and this one is by far the worst. FRONT DESK STAFF AMAZING. The MALE nurses only AMAZING. VET TECHS trash.

Dr. McCubbin properly took all the steps making sure he was clear to go under in addition to clear communication of the deep cleaning procedure. A few teeth were naturally lost, assigned proper meds post cleaning and kept me informed at all times. Thank you Banfield NMB for caring for my fur baby!!
- MMMcKensieMar 25, 20262.0My wellness plan ends in may and I can’t wait! I refuse to renew this for another year. They say you get what you pay for, I’d rather pay more money at a better vet. Don’t waste your time!!! They don’t care about your animals, they called me everyday to tell me my account was past due but they failed to call me with a two week follow up to make sure I get my dogs 2nd round of medications. I scheduled an appointment because of my dogs bad hip! She started limping and I made an appointment. They called me and told me about everything but the leg/hip. When I asked what’s wrong with her hip, she said “oh we wouldn’t know without an xray” this appointment was to address her left hip problem. Now I’ve been on hold for 15 mins waiting to speak to someone regarding her 2nd dose of medication. If they cared they would’ve called and said “she’s due” but instead that only call when it’s about a missing payment

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
