  I had a terrible experience with the Veterinarian (male) assigned today. He was yelling to me and my dog and ask me to take my dog away infront of many people, as a vet it was unprofessional conduct to treat the customer and a dog like that!!! Store staff and assistant were nice though thats the good part.

  I’ve had generally positive experiences with the staff at this location, as they are usually friendly and willing to help. However, my most recent visit left me with a very unpleasant impression due to the behavior of the store manager. I was attempting to apply my resale certificate, something I have done many times over the years at different locations. I understand that there can be different ways to process it depending on the system or situation. In this case, the register encountered an issue and had to be restarted. The associate assisting me was patient and genuinely trying to resolve it. When the manager got involved, she insisted on handling the situation in only one specific way and was completely unwilling to consider that there might be alternative methods. I politely asked if there could be another way to process the resale certificate, based on my prior experiences, but she immediately became defensive and dismissive. It felt as though she interpreted my question as a request to do something improper, which was not the case at all. I was simply trying to help resolve the issue based on what I’ve seen done before. Instead of working collaboratively or exploring options, she remained closed off and unapproachable. This is the only location where I have been unable to successfully apply my resale certificate in years of similar transactions, and unfortunately, the way I was treated during this interaction has left me with a very negative impression of the store.

  They have the special cat food I like to buy and the sales person was very helpful and offered good information.

  I have bought multiple reptiles from them. Arianna is very knowledgeable and an amazing manager. Rick was also an incredible manager, but he is gone to Port Charlotte so I will actually be following them to that store.
