Gave me pricing for individual rounds of vaccinations as well as bundle prices! I called Gulf Coast right before initiating calling Naples and I had no help whatsoever instead, the girl had told me to Google the phone number because even that she couldn’t provide me. She knew nothing. Thanks a million to Ariana who had all the answers!!! You’re a rock star & definitely someone I would trust with my kitten. 🫶🏼

To be clear: I had over 10 years of experience breeding fish in Brazil. Two different employees refused to sell me fish, citing 'ammonia' and 'tank size' in the most condescending way possible. One lady was incredibly unprofessional, asking me right in front of my children, 'Do you even want dead fish?' just because I disagreed with her. They seem to follow a training booklet without having any real-world knowledge or basic customer service skills. If you're in the Naples area, save yourself the frustration and go to another local store instead where people actually know what they’re doing and treat customers with respect.
