We appreciate all she did for us and the special bond her and Lilly had. We make the extra drive to this location with our current pets in hopes of saying hello. We have always had a great experience with the Banfield team. Thank you!

- ANAngie NicolaOct 7, 20251.0This company tricks you into a wellness plan that you can never get out of. They originally told me I could cancel whenever I wanted with no issues. Then when I ask about cancelling they mention I would owe a balance of $450 in order to cancel due to previous services (in total over $1,000). It’s extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at that company and overcharge previous services provided. They claimed their neuter service for my cat was $650, when they originally quoted $200. I can’t believe this place treats people or pets this way. Basically I have no choice to stay paying $80 a month for the plan until it reaches the balance, unless I have that $450 to cancel it. I can’t believe I fell into a total trap :(
- BBBecky BrooksSep 12, 20251.0Sam is a great vet tech and he does a wonderful, safe job cleaning teeth. Even for Collies. He understands not to give them too much medication when they are put under. But Raquel is very rough. She is pushy and uncaring. My Collie did not like her and she tried to pressure me into paying for tests and vaccines before they were due. I reported her to the corporate office. Make sure you avoid her.

A few people were standing in the sun sweating and dogs getting fiesty . Then I had to fill out a packet (I guess so they can win time) which I never had to complete in years. Now I’m calling to find out when to pick up my dog and they have me on a long hold. Please fix this before it becomes a regular occurrence. We pay too much to deal with lack of staffing or whatever it was inconsistency

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
