Our dog Lilly loved people but she had a handful of very special humans she really loved. Rita was one of her people. We appreciate all she did for us and the special bond her and Lilly had. We make the extra drive to this location with our current pets in hopes of saying hello. We have always had a great experience with the Banfield team. Thank you!

Always great with Niko, my 18 month old corso! He’s a very nervous dog and they make his visits very easy and welcoming. He’s definitely comfortable here!!

This company tricks you into a wellness plan that you can never get out of. They originally told me I could cancel whenever I wanted with no issues. Then when I ask about cancelling they mention I would owe a balance of $450 in order to cancel due to previous services (in total over $1,000). It’s extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone at that company and overcharge previous services provided. They claimed their neuter service for my cat was $650, when they originally quoted $200. I can’t believe this place treats people or pets this way. Basically I have no choice to stay paying $80 a month for the plan until it reaches the balance, unless I have that $450 to cancel it. I can’t believe I fell into a total trap :(

Sam is a great vet tech and he does a wonderful, safe job cleaning teeth. Even for Collies. He understands not to give them too much medication when they are put under. But Raquel is very rough. She is pushy and uncaring. My Collie did not like her and she tried to pressure me into paying for tests and vaccines before they were due. I reported her to the corporate office. Make sure you avoid her.

I am not one to write reviews on places, but this place has completely wasted our time, money and energy. My mom took our cat here on Tuesday, only for them to say that nothing is wrong and to come back if she is not feeling better. They gave us an anti nausea pill, but my cat wasn't even experiencing nausea. We monitored her on Wednesday only to notice she was getting more lethargic. We made an appointment for Friday. Come Friday they do bloodwork on her and say, "She may be anemic, but our machine could be wrong". My mom asks them to do a test for parasites but they say no. They discharged us yet again saying that nothing is wrong with her, but that we should get an ultrasound that would cost 1500. Keep in mind they discharged us with NO medications, but stated that they gave her an anti-inflammatory shot. Flash forward to today my cat is getting WORSE! My mom goes back to the clinic obviously upset about what was going on. They tell us that they can not do anything without having the doctor see our cat. Ok, fine. My mom and I decide to take our cat to UrgentVet here in Naples. They tell us that our cat IS anemic. Not only did they tell us what was wrong, but the doctor gave us in detail explanations on the different types of anemia in cats, plus their underlying causes. This doctor made sure to work within our budget as well! My cat is getting an ultrasound tomorrow for the price of $99!!!! They also discharged us with doxycycline, an appetite stimulant plus gabapentin to sedate her for the ultrasound. Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend, do NOT come here. I am appalled at how they could tell us nothing is wrong, when something clearly IS wrong!
