I made an appointment for my baby girl she got uti so it’s kinda urgent for us. So I made an appointment at 12:30. I got voicemail from this place at 12:03 and I couldn’t pick up because I was getting ready for this appointment. So I called them back and lady said oh you can come and drop off your dog that’s only available now because doctor is surgery now. I was like no we won’t do it because I know my dog will be in kennel for a long time. Also why did you call me before 30 minutes appointment. You guys should have called me at least 1 hour. So I told them but suddenly she didn’t say anything lol I don’t know what’s going on but I won’t go or book this place anymore.

Because of this Banfield, my dog is now having issues walking and even standing up on his own. I brought him here because he was having issues with excessive thirst and urination and while they mentioned Cushings, they quickly dismissed it. As my dog kept getting worse, they were more interested in money grabbing than actually finding out what was wrong. I purchased their plan that included “free” XRays. You want those XRays read? Well that’ll be $200!! I ended up taking him to another vet who determined that he DOES have Cushings disease and now it’s so late that the damage is done and he may not get his mobility back again. Do not go to Banfield!
