When I tried a couple hours later someone picked up unprofessionally and I asked them to please hold a certain item. The person on the other side even asked for who was this item being placed on hold for and they did not place it aside and I had to repeat myself over 6 times. When we arrived at the store the item was never placed on hold and the cashier was so slow and called back up and didn’t arrive till 15-20 mins later and the line was being held up. This place is so unsanitary. I also saw bugs on the dog treats and I just had to leave this location. I hope there isn’t any pet owners who have purchased these and if you have I highly suggest you guys take your animals to the vet
