She genuinely cares about what she's doing and it shows in how sweet she treated our usually anxious, whiny dog. He took to her immediately. I was thoroughly satisfied with the grooming and more so with the above and beyond customer service. We live closer to a different location but this one is totally worth the drive!

She is super friendly, (they all are really nice there) so sweet with pets and does an amazing job washing and grooming him. You do need a big heart for animals, have lots of patience and most certainty not be shy to get dirty; being a pet groomer. He comes home super soft, with nicely trimmed nails and paws. He is always so excited to go there. He runs to the groomers, is happy and gives them lots of kisses. Even after two hours, of running and playing hard with his fellow Husky buddies and other friends. We have a big group of people that always meet. I make sure he sees many other Huskies and wolf dogs, besides some other breeds. He is very playful, compatible and none aggressive with others. Luckily, he is not a crazy vocal dog, unlike many other Husky’s. A drama queen. Are you kidding? Huskies! Again, THANK YOU Natalia and to all the other groomers at this location! Big thumbs up!
