- BBBellaJul 8, 20181.0The left me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I call the second time and one of the store clerk pick up the phone but ignore my call, I was listen to the whole conversation between the clerk and two customers. I was just trying to reschedule my training appointment for my two dogs. Now I just want a refund or store credit because they will never get a dime from me.
