However, I’ve been deeply disappointed with the store’s customer service and the Vet Care departments. To make matters worse, the app was unavailable for appointments, so I had to call the store. I received busy signals and no answers from both departments throughout the entire day! How unprofessional and disrespectful is that to your loyal customers? Went back isria the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered told me that its final sale for saltwater fish. I go back to the tank and same fish is dead in the display tanks. So you have final sale on fish that are not being well taken care of. Ridiculous

After Halloween, there was a sale on pet costumes. No one told me the items were final sale. I bought a costume for my cat, but it didn’t fit. When I went back to the store to exchange it for a larger size, they refused to do the exchange and told me I had to buy another one because reward points are non-refundable. From the beginning, both the salesperson and the manager had a terrible attitude. On top of that, the service at this store is always awful — there’s almost never anyone around to help customers. Honestly, they don’t even deserve one star. It’s much better to shop on Amazon or at PetMarket (exit 2 in Homestead) — their prices and service are way better.

Takes longer than an hour (the promised timeframe) for the order to be ready for pick up and when I notify the store I’m there for pick up, it takes longer than 10 minutes to receive the order. This isn’t a one off - it’s happened to me the last 5 times. Not sure why they provide the service.
