Even without a receipt, I was able to exchange it with no major issues. I did have to take store credit, which was totally fine since I still needed a few things for her anyway. I ended up picking up three fetch balls and a sweater for my dog, so it all worked out perfectly. The return/exchange process itself was smooth. The only minor hiccup was that the system was a bit slow, but the staff handled it well and got everything resolved pretty quickly. I felt welcomed and genuinely helped. The employees did their best to make the process easy and stress free, which I really appreciated. Solid experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for my dog’s needs.
