They sedated my puppy and then slid her back to me on the floor with it's tongue hanging out 🤬 Didn't even check to assure a full recovery Highly Disrespectful I have a Much Much better experience at the vet (Harmony Animal Clinic) just 5mins west on 152nd Street Harmony is much better Clean facilities Less congestion for parking and moving your pet in and out The staff is s So much nicer and respectful The Vet is kind and knowledgeable I Love Harmony compared to CW Animal Hospital I'll be taking my entire pack to Harmony from Now On 💯💯💯

So why bother making an appointment in advance? At least an apology would have been nice. I'll never go there again.

- JTJessica TiradorOct 21, 20255.0Took my dog Roxy to get spayed, a dental, and an eye tag removed and honestly everything went amazing! The staff was super nice and made us feel really comfortable. She was a nervous wreck, but that’s normal. They did such a great job with her surgery that her recovery was so quick, I ended up returning all of the stuff I bought on Amazon for her recovery because she didn’t even need it. She never touched her incision once and it never bothered her at all. Couldn’t be happier with how it all went! Great staff & great vets!
