    This place deserves negative stars. We had scheduled a vet. appt. for both of our puppies to get their Bordetella vaccines/shots. We scheduled an in-person appt. to see a vet. only to be called the following day saying it would be a “drop off.” We arrived early and waited 15-20 minutes past our appt. time to be seen. We have been waiting for over 4 hours now and they still haven’t given either of our puppies their shots. They have been sitting in a cage the entire time. Each time I check I’m told it should only be a few more minutes. This place is more concerned with making a buck than a pet’s care and wellbeing. We have been Banfield clients for several years but this will be the LAST time.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Banfield Midtown Miami is hands-down the most disorganized, unreliable, and frustrating vet clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Every single time I book an **in-room appointment**, they somehow manage to ruin it. The pattern is laughably predictable: I book an in-room visit, get email and app confirmations, and then—either the day before or *the morning of*—I get a call saying they need to change it. The excuses are always different but equally ridiculous. The first time, they told me the vet was **only seeing dogs under 10 lbs**—both of mine were only there for *one* vaccine. The next time, they claimed my appointments were magically “drop-off” only, despite the app and emails clearly stating in-room. Last night they called AGAIN, saying they had double-booked. I told them any in-room time would work. They confirmed **two 10:45am in-room appointments.** And then? The emails came through labeled as drop-off. I went online and fixed them myself. This morning, guess what? Another call telling me they needed to switch them back to drop-off, and suddenly there were “no” in-room appointments for the next five days—even though the app showed multiple openings. To make this circus even better, the Banfield location closest to me shut down right after I signed up for their wellness plans. I *can’t* drop off my dogs and come back hours later, and I’ve never once booked a drop-off appointment—yet they keep changing it behind my back. If Banfield Midtown Miami can’t handle scheduling, then they shouldn’t offer in-room appointments at all. Their disrespect for your time is unbelievable. This place is a mess, and this was absolutely my last visit. Spare yourself the headache and take your pets somewhere—anywhere—else.

    Dedrick or something like that. 8am drop off. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a vet. The process is painfully slow, they take forever to attend to you, even if you have an appointment. The whole experience feels more like sitting through a sales pitch than visiting a clinic.

    I left this Banfield location feeling completely unheard and disappointed. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and still waited endlessly while others went ahead of me. No one took the time to explain what was happening, and when I tried to voice my concern, I was met with indifference. It wasn’t just the delay, it was the feeling that my pets and I didn’t matter. I expected care and professionalism, especially for a first visit, but instead I left frustrated. I hope management reads this and start respecting the pet owners’ time.
