  Llevo más que 3 años atendiendo mis perros en esta Clínica la única razón es que me encanta el amor que tiene Dr. Gao para ellos y su profesionalismo pero en la parte administrativa son muy desordenados, los tiempos de espera en sala son más de 40 minutos y muchas veces cancelan los appointments

  Tiffany is truly one of the most genuine, kind, and professional team members I’ve ever encountered at a Banfield location. Over the years I’ve been coming to this clinic, she has consistently made every visit feel special through her personable approach, fluid communication, strong knowledge, and clear passion for what she does. She elevates the entire experience—setting a standard of care and customer service that I haven’t seen matched at other Banfield locations. Tiffany’s attention to detail, calm confidence, and genuine warmth make a noticeable difference, and it’s clear how much she cares about both pets and their owners. On a personal note, she is the only person who can reliably handle and calm my dog, which speaks volumes about her skill, patience, and connection with animals. Because of Tiffany, we always feel welcomed, supported, and in excellent hands. She is a major reason I continue to come to this location, and I truly believe many clients feel the same. Tiffany deserves meaningful recognition for the exceptional work she does and the positive impact she has on this clinic every single day.

  Tiffany CVT is amazing! So patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a wonderful appt. She took her time to explain details with us and was so gentle with our babies! Highly recommend and a very special shout out to Tiffany. She was truly wonderful!

  If I could give negative stars, I would! What a horrific experience we had today, on SO MANY LEVELS! I am beyond angry. First off, the so called Doctor that my dog was seen by today is a joke. I had to ask if she checked my dogs teeth, a dog with periodontal disease, mind you. Which she in fact did not check. Which is crazy, seeing as how she has been diagnosed at this facility and it's in her records!! She told me to check the teeth when i got home lol um excuse me? I'm not the damn Dr., Ma'am. All she was concerned with, was getting more money from us! That's all they care about here.... money. Second, we were lied to about the Wellness Plan! DON'T BUY THE PLANS! IT COVERS NOTHING! They lie about it, like used car salesmen. Tell me how I pay about $90 a month FOR LITERALLY NOTHING!! No matter what, you'll end up spending about $200 anyways at the visit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!

  I’ve been bringing my dog to Banfield for six years now, and I truly couldn’t ask for better care. They treat my dog like royalty every single visit. The staff is always so kind, patient, and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. The veterinarians and techs are very thorough and take the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me so much peace of mind. I never feel rushed, and they always answer all of my questions. It means a lot to trust the people taking care of your pet, and I completely trust this team. So grateful for the consistent, compassionate care over the years. Highly recommend. Xo, Nala Jade’s Mom
