  Terrible experience. If you don't care about your pet, get a car plan with this company and go to this location. If not, STAY AWAY. Manager ALEXIS is actually terrible. Laughed when I asked for the manager and said " I am the manager". My dog had a 12pm appointment and wasn't done until 430 pm. Ridiculous extensive amount of time. I am sure they don't even give them water for that long wait. When I picked up my dog, she was panting and she never does. When I called because I never received a call, I was told everything was good and my dog is health. I looked over her blood work and 5 value are above normal range. That's concerning that I wasn't told. I pay 43$ a month and I notice it is going to waste. Also, she was over weight, they didn't even call you tell me to change her food etc. I expect that if I am paying for a care plan monthly. Also, when I made the appointment, I specifically put in the notes that I needed to get her rabies tag because expired. They also did not do that, more time I needed to wait in the car (because I can't walk so my mom went to drop off and pick up) in the miami sun while my dog doesn't stop panting. Of course, I was charged the 72$ for it. I can keep going because this situation is that bad. Currently waiting on corporate to call back, already filled a claim and I will be canceling my care plan and taking my pet elsewhere. I REPEAT STAY AWAY! UPDATE: The "manager" Alexis, is actually NOT the manager, she lied when she said she was the manager on duty. She is the ASSISTANT manager, very big difference. Lying about your job position to paying clients is ridiculous.

  Banfield Hospital never disappoints, the staff is always great with me and my dog, they always accommodates to our needs. I highly recommend Banfield Hospital.

  These people have no idea what they are doing. Many of them cant even explain a simple process. I will never go here again. Will be spending my money elsewhere.

  Expect a very long wait time, i waited 4 hours for my dog to get one vaccine shot and a heartworm. It is ridiculously long to wait just for those simple procedures especially when ive been able to be with my dog and see myself how long these procedures take. Not to mention i had to go back into the store more than once to check on whether or not my pet was ready, when they said they would call. Even when they tell you that your pet is ready or to just sit down for a second they have you waiting 10 minutes or more. Very disappointing. I will be looking for vet services elsewhere
