- SHSusan HicksSep 22, 20251.0I came in for vaccinations and 2 prescriptions for my small dog. I even brought in the boxes of the two prescriptions, one for flea medication and a different one for heartworm prevention. I received one totally wrong prescription; when I called and asked that it be corrected, the tech said it would be within the hour, but it never was. So now what? When I called Vetco, they refused to correct the mistakes the vet made.

My dog is medium sized and super friendly and they were scared of him and made him wear a muzzle. They made him feel so uncomfortable, couldn’t find his vein to take blood stabbing his arm multiple times to the point that he started getting reactive. They then said they felt uncomfortable and couldn’t do THEIR JOB. An absolute joke, do not recommend. These people shouldn’t be allowed to provide medical/vaccination services.
