  Absolutely SCAM of a place. I’ve gone to petsmart and always it’s the same price as given online. I wanted to try PETCO since it was convenient for my schedule and close to where I moved. I was Quoted 89 online here and then it shot up to 181. I would have accepted maybe a small difference but almost double is insane. Then it dropped down but I never asked for special shampoos and whatever else all the extra charges were. My dog looked like he had more of a $40 hair cut then anything close to $89 and over. Uneven ears and head. Just didn’t have the energy or time to argue. Take your business elsewhere. Rude and sneaky business.

  I came to Petco to buy clothes for my dog and was kindly offered a bath by a female employee. My dog is a 3-pound, 12-year-old Chihuahua with no teeth. I completed the entire check-in process, provided all vaccine information, and explained that she was nervous because it was her first time at this location — which is completely normal. Suddenly, a man who I was told is the manager, Juan, came out and labeled my dog as aggressive. This was shocking and honestly absurd. She is tiny, toothless, elderly, and has been bathed at many other grooming locations without any issue. What made this worse is that the employee who was actually handling my dog clearly stated there was no problem and no safety concern, yet Juan overruled her and refused service, claiming my dog was “too dangerous” to stay. This situation felt exaggerated, dismissive, and unprofessional. If your staff is not trained to handle small, nervous dogs — especially senior ones — then that should be communicated clearly. Instead, I was made to feel uncomfortable and judged over a situation that did not exist. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone with small or senior dogs.

  I paid $400 for a prescription from the “vaccination clinic” and they gave me the wrong one, my dog is 9 pounds ande they mistakenly gave me 44 pound or more medicine which is more expensive and could have killed my dog . I noticed when I got home and went there the next day, the store employees tried to refund me but they couldn’t and called customer service, then they just told me that I will have to wait two weeks until the clinic is back in the store, no sense at all. Never again.

  Friendliest staff. The gentleman that checked me out was super friendly with my pup and helpful. I love coming to this location mainly because of the staff because they make our experience pleasant.

  Don’t come here if you’re looking for pets. There are no pets here … I also see Petcos reply. Don’t come looking for live animals at THIS location. There are NO pets there. Don’t lie to the people Petco I was just there yesterday. My review stands in full truth
