They refused to give her a grooming after waisting a half our of my time away from my own job. BS place. As to there reply below: Just ignore the issue and give a stock reply. Why prevent future customers from wasting hours of their day by adding a question to your appointment setting process. PetSmart is named well, don't you think?

After getting horrible service and walking out, the people (who were extremely kind) at pet supermarket told me “we hear about him all the time.” I bought my supplies from them instead.

Only to get yelled at by the cashier that they are not open yet. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the store and the employee. Probably have to switch to PetsMart if they are going to treat loyal customers like that. Mind you it's 8:54 but being yelled at to wait until they open.
