They took care of it and gave him pain meds and a antibiotic , Sam was great and helped us thank you!

DONT GO HERE! The women vet techs are untrained and so unprofessional. The one women with tattoos all over asked my husband personal questions super unprofessional and was extremely rude and lied saying she left us a voicemail when we don't even have a voice mail set up . They make up rules and argue . I have been a vet tech myself for years and believe me these employees will do everything in their power to not help you and they don't care about your animals providing poor care. It's very sad to see and worse to experience please go anywhere else. The doctor also barely looks over your animal and won't speak to you after they take your money. I just moved to the area so I tried this vet and it was the worse decision of my life , I went to vca hospital after and they agreed vetco techs made up fake rules and vca hospital provided me with everything I needed that same day .

The vet tech i had was very nice and professional, the vet himself on the other hand does not seem like he cares for animals in the slightest. He came half way in the room to talk to us about our cat. Only once we started to ask questions he gave more information but not much more. It’s telling they give first time patients a free exam coupon… because he doesn’t do the exam. Iv had pets my entire life and they always do the exam in the room, i never saw him physically even touch my cat. I will never be back and don’t recommend anyone come here if they want answers and actual care from a vet.

The veterinarian here is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. He doesn’t care about the animals at all. He barely entered the room, and I had to ask him questions to fully understand the diagnosis he was trying to give my cat. He was in the doorway, half in and half out, unable to fully enter the room. He has no respect for people, especially those who don’t pay him. He didn’t perform any type of exam. I’m glad I had a free exam coupon because I would’ve paid $88 to speak to a doctor for two seconds. His bedside manner is terrible. He makes it seem like you’re the problem. I wouldn’t even spend my money here. He clearly doesn’t care about animals; he only cares about his paycheck. I would spend the extra money going somewhere else for a vet who will actually touch your animal and care about it. This guy just wants money. Don’t go here. It’s a terrible place.
