We’ve been bringing our dogs to Petco for years for grooming, and we’ve had mixed results for the shape/style of the cut, but overall we’ve been happy with the groomers. This morning, my husband was exactly 15 minutes late for our appointment. We are never late for these appointments, so there isn’t a history here. The groomer refused to take our dog, even after he explained that our child was extremely sick and on their way to urgent care, which caused the delay. She still said no. We have waited in the grooming area for at least 10 minutes to drop our dog off before anyone showed up, and we were understanding about that. There were plenty of open appointment times today, so it’s not as if they are overwhelmed. I find this behavior very bizarre, and we won’t be returning as customers.

On top of that today I Arrived just before eight 845 and they would not see my dog because my appointment was at 8:30. Unbelievable customer service and would not recommend.
