I recently downloaded their app and decided to book through that but I guess the two systems don’t coexist 🤦🏽♀️, Idk how but I said no problem, can I book for Thursday & the man behind the counter said he scheduled me for the following Thursday…. I arrived to my surprise it was NEVER scheduled AGAIN!! I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed… my babies will never visit here again 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

- EEEmpress EJan 11, 20261.0Was called on Friday because my dog comprehensive exams was overdue and the nice gentleman on the other end asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment and I asked if Saturday was available he told me No so I asked if Sunday was and he said Yes he had Sunday at 10:30am as im preparing on Sunday I receive a call from a female stating I have to reschedule because the Doctor is booked or I can leave him and come back which I said im unable to leave him so she said 11:30am with the practitioner. I show up at 11:25am and the female rep tells me his appointment was at 11am and its past and I have to reschedule. Rude and let me say that this was a waste of my time because I was told 11:30 and I showed up and you will tell me something else. Unorganized location and im disappointed that communication is lacking at this location.

I felt comfortable and confident from the first moment I visited the hospital. The facility was also clean and well equipped with everything you may need. Very happy with the results, I definitely recommend this location.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
