It is quite literally a table in the middle of the store and I heard them tell each person to go to a full service next time for different reasons. I understand the concept, but it could not have been executed worse. Let me sum it up for you, just go somewhere else. Waiting 45 minutes to be spoken to after already having an appointment is not okay.
