- VCVinny cardosoDec 27, 20251.012-24-2025 I Will never go back and take my dog there either what a terrible mistake that the groomer did tô my pet , he is a bichon frise and now he look like a puddle , she don’t know how to cut dogs hair and she explains why his face looks one side small and the other side big because ( someone walking and he looked) what a excuses . Last time he was good the young lady did good . Also toke them 6 hours tô do this terrible job poor little boy I drop him 1 pm with appointment and tell call neck at 7 pm, I always come to the store to buy extra stuff but now I’m going to shop somewhere , also the customer service is awful. I explained the way I wanna my bichon looks . Please managers or what ever please trains your grooming lady’s because they don’t know how to do grooming.! I don’t recommend grooming for no one never again. it’s was the worse mistake trust Petco . I took a picture for everyone tô see how they doing with you pet.
- TVT VDec 20, 20252.012-20-2025 @ 5:30 my wife and I were in the store grabbing kitty litter and cat food this was our last stop after visiting multiple stores Christmas shopping I was in the store looking at other things and she went and asked an employee where the restrooms were at and a slick mouth little punk told her that she could pee on the wall that was very disrespectful and if I would have heard it there would have been a bigger issue than this review she waited till we got home tell me the incident and I'm glad she did The reason why it's not one star is because the guy in the front was really nice and really respectful but nevertheless my wife said she's done coming to this store
