    Tuve un problema con la medicina de mi Shitzu porque era líquida y se mueve mucho. Después de lidiar con eso regresé al hospital con mi princesa para que otro vet me ayude con alguna solución efectiva. Me recibió Zion, a quien le expliqué todo y me ayudó de inmediato. El fue muy amable y eficaz. Además le dio un trato muy delicado a mi princesa que ya tiene 17 años y se lo agradezco muchísimo. Gracias Sion por no sólo cumplir tu trabajo si no por la buena voluntad y cariño con el que lo haces. Gracias también al Dr Harcwit ( no sé si escribí bien el apellido) por su ayuda inmediata. Lo valoro y agradezco muchísimo.

    I just want to share what a wonderful vet tech assisted me and my cat mango today. Her name is Veronica! She was so nice and friendly and just a delight to work with. She was very informative and caring and loving for my little kitty. she’s just the best that I’ve ever encountered anywhere. They are so lucky to have her. She had such a twin in her eye, and I just had to give her a big hug at the end thanking her for taking care of my little man. Thank you, Veronica for all your love and care!!!

    It was a pleasure taking my sweet Cookie for her 1st vet visit. Both Veronica and Michelle are absolutely AMAZING! They walked me through the process and educated me on preventative measures. My anxiety was definitely alleviated and I am happy with the choice of having Banfield as Cookie’s provider.

    Brought my dog Rico in for a small wound on his stomach. Met with Zion who explained everything very well before Rico saw Dr. Herowitz. Was prescribed medication and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks for a follow up. I would recommend them for any of your pets concerns. Thanks again, Rico.

    We are writing to express our disappointment and sadness about the way our recent visit was handled when we had to put our beloved dog, to sleep on October 4th 2025. This was an incredibly difficult and emotional experience, and we expected compassion and understanding from the staff. Unfortunately, we were met with lack of empathy that made an already heartbreaking situation even harder. The tone and behavior of Veronica (who didn't even know the reason of our visit) and the veterinarian on shift (who seem extremely bothered by our concerns, questions and sadness) came across very cold and insensitive, from the time Veronica walked into the examination room to the time the veterinarian on shift responded to us showing concern about our dog excessively barking when taken to the back. In a moment where kindness and patience were needed most, we felt like an inconvenience. This behavior does not reflect the level of care and compassion that a client, who has been coming to Banfield for 15 years deserves during such a vulnerable time. We will say, Camilo was the ONLY one who showed patience and concerned about our dog and us during this hard time. We thank him for his kindness and professionalism. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address this matter with your team. No pet owner should feel additional pain or distress because of staff conduct during such a sensitive event.
