  Warning if you want to be robbed over and over this is the place to be literally made my first appointment told them that I had to be in the room my cats never left the house in 6 years doesn't know people and just needed a simple ear culture they said no problem bring them in I get there they say no we have to take them in the back Call Me 3 hours later charged me $300 said they wasn't able to do anything but here's some antibiotics even though we have no clue what's happening I verify with four more people for my next appointment 2 weeks later that I could be in the room to have it done they give me Gabapentin I drug my cat I take him in once again they're trying to take my cat into the back which the cat will not do and charge me more money this place will literally Hemorrhage your wallet do not take your animal here take it to a real vet everybody hears so professional and super Liars that are just trying to rob you out of your cash I wish you the best with this place if you decide to go there but never again and I will never recommend to anybody to take any animal to this trash vet

  Benji, my 10½-year-old Shih Tzu suddenly became very sick. He developed severe liquid diarrhea with blood and was also passing blood in his urine. It was a very critical and frightening situation that happened unexpectedly. On Friday morning, I rushed him to Banfield, and Dr. Schimel immediately took charge. Benji was seen both Friday and Saturday, where they performed all the necessary tests and began treatment right away. Dr. Schimel’s professionalism, expertise, and calm leadership were exceptional. Kerry at the front desk was kind and reassuring from the moment we walked in, and Nancy and Dawn were equally compassionate and attentive. The entire team made us feel supported during a very stressful time. What truly stood out was the level of personal care. Dr. Schimel took the time to speak with us person to person, giving us her full and undivided attention to keep us informed about Benji’s condition, his progress, and the next steps in his treatment. She also personally called us each evening to check on him. That level of dedication meant more to us than we can express. Thanks to their experience, the thorough testing, and the treatment he received over those two days, Benji made a full recovery. What began as a very critical situation ended with our dog completely healthy again because of the way it was handled at this Banfield. I wholeheartedly recommend this Banfield hospital for their professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine compassion.

  If you want to schedule an appointment at a certain time and have to wait 20 minutes or more after your scheduled time to be seen, this is the place for you. I’ve been to several Vets in the area and never had so many waiting issues for appointments. Even something as easy as a follow up check up is a mission at this location. Went for a follow up and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen after I had asked why it was taking so long I got a response with a bad attitude. When I also expressed my disappointment to the tech seeing my dog she also gave me attitude and a half baked excuse, the more concerning part was while giving me the terrible excuse she admitted that they had a call out. Not sure how less patients equals falling behind schedule wise? I knew they were full of it because while I was waiting I could see all the ladies in the back just talking up storm while the front desk lady was being bombarded with customers and trying to do 4 things at the same time. It’s disappointing that they have the audacity to give terrible excuses to your face and not trying to hide the real reason why things are taking an unacceptable long time for something so simple.

  Thank you for taking such good care of my Bosco. I am so glad I took him to a place that cares.And cares for the people and their family furry members. The medical veterinary staff that you have. There are fantastic. The stores staff always are very helpful in smiling. All the time I am so grateful. Thank you.
