  very upset with the service today. I’ve brought my dog here for about 3 years and the groomers are great at their jobs, everybody always has pleasant experiences with my dog as she is very sweet and cooperative. Today I walked in 20 minutes before closing for a nail cut. There’s no option to book appointments only walk ins for this service. I waiting at the service desk for five minutes. Then a girl decided to come out from the back and said she didn’t have time because they close in ten minutes (they actually closed in 20). If the website says you close at 6 why are you turning away a quick walk in service at 5:40. She stated she didn’t have time because she had to check out one person, also the last person. I didn’t realize that process took 20 minutes. My check out experience are always less than five minutes for the last three years I’ve been coming here. When I’ve had this same service in the past the techs don’t take more than ten minutes max cutting nails as well. mind you I never go this late because I usually book grooming appointments which include a nail cut so I drop her off early. I explained I get off work late every day and today was the only day I got off early enough to be able to come in. She said to just come back tomorrow. Will be taking my business elsewhere after the most unsympathetic experience I’ve ever received here. If the store wants techs to have an slotted time to close up please change your website and store hours to close off walkins at a certain time.

  The groomer was lovely. Very patient and friendly and kind.. My Francisco had never been to a groomer.. he’s a miniature poodle and will be a year old on the 21 of March.. The cut was beautiful- his claws were cut and buffed- she did exactly what we spoke about. And it came out great. I will totally be Back again
