- ANAshley Negron2 days ago1.0I went to this location today for an 11 o’clock appt and they called Natalie out the back to access my dogs and before anything she tried to grab my dog little bear and she did not even come up to him in a way that was approachable she grabbed him by the neck roughly and he began choking. I left the store because he was in distress. My dog ended up, showing her teeth because he felt uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself. She simply came over and tried to touch him and grab his neck. I ended up cancelling both appts I was so hurt and upset. Will NEVER GO Back to this location!!!

Me and my husband went in looking for fish for our new tank and he directed us to exactly what we should use for starting our new tank up as well as good starter fish for our tank! You can tell how passionate he is about his job, Plus their tanks are so clean and all of their fish looked so lively and healthy, you can tell how much they care about their animals just by looking around. We love our new fish and we’ll definitely be back for more fish!

- RARobin ArndtOct 29, 20251.0I just had one of the weirdest dumbest experiences in your store tonight trying to buy three glow fish for my grandson‘s tank. first of all, there was a customer there that I should’ve said mind your own business to start with but continue talking about how big my tank was and how many fish I understand that I have a 3 1/2 gallon glow fish tank that can hold three fish that’s what I was buying for my grandson and she said my tank was not big enough and told the worker there which intern told the manager there and then he told me he could not sell me any fish.
