I cancelled a grooming appointment the day it was scheduled because my dog had a seizure. I was told to get a note from the Vet to clear him for grooming only to be told my dog has to be seizure free for six months. If that’s the policy, then why did you make me jump through hoops. Now I can’t take my dog for grooming and locked into this Premier plan for another year because I was playing your game and it renewed during this time. I’m paying for benefits I’m not going to be able to use. Too inconsiderate and the remodel made everything a crowded mess. Not rational behavior for a place the has a competitor around the corner. They must be making a profit with this Premier membership because that’s the only reason I kept going.
