- NPNyesha PachecoJan 27, 20253.0Although my dog was groomed/bathe nicely, it was more of a touch up then anything, I was charged for a long trim when it should’ve been a short trim due to asking for her to be left fluffy and only trimming her tail & face/ head, I had also added teeth cleaning and nail trim which were done great. Yet, I still had to go home and cut an inch off the top of her head since it was left undone and with a bow tie on, I also had to trim her tail myself. They set my next appointment 5 weeks out but will definitely be rescheduling further out due to feeling like I paid for more than what was provided.
