  This is one of the best local pet stores ive ever been to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been getting my pups rawfood here for a while now. And I will say I dont think I'll ever go to a commercial pet store again.

  I’ve been coming here for years, always great service. Not the cheapest but for great service and to support a local business that ONLY carries good products, it’s worth it. Wish they could sell the prescription cat food too though. All in all fantastic place to shop for your pets!

  I want to love this place, and they get a lot of things right; they have great products, the staff are helpful, and they’re a local business. But… it is very difficult to do so with how they operate it overall. Although it’s pricier than ‘big box’ pet stores, I’m happy to pay that to support local businesses, however, I feel like some of the decisions being made regarding how they operate are almost predatory and insulting to me as a customer and human being. A very large amount of their products are either not labeled with their prices at all, or they’re obfuscated and hard to find which makes it very difficult to ascertain how much things cost. The past handful of times I’ve been there, I’ve felt extremely pressured by the upselling from their clerks as well which leaves a really bitter taste in my mouth. It’s been at an almost egregious level with some of their employees. They are dog friendly which is great, but very clearly and intentionally place buckets of treats next to the checkout to basically nickel & dime 99% of people with dogs going in there that want to eat the accessible treats. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, but it just strikes me as there being decisions made on a higher level that make shopping there a shitty and pressured experience to maximize profits and does not make me feel like my business is valued as much as my wallet is.

  I’ve used Chewy.com and Farmers Dog for my westie’s food, but this place is superior!!! They have the best brands always in stock, great healthy treats and such fun collars and leashes and toys! The staff is amazing. Warm and professional. If you discover them, you’ll never shop anywhere else!

  What a cute little place in a cute little downtown area. Everyone is so welcoming and nice and they have some really great products.
