We came here because of the reviews, specifically how well they took care of those pups with separation anxiety. She was all smiles when we went to get her~ so separation anxiety was not a factor. Patti was so patient and understanding with her recommendations and how to help our pup overcome her prior bad experience. I highly recommend this place!

The grooming was so substandard, they said I could come back the following day to correct mistakes, I made the appointment . The next day I returned , waited an hour and was told the groomer was not available, even with the the appointment. The owner of the shop totally ignored me wouldn’t offer an apology or refund. Please if you love your pets “ Stay away from Hollywood Hounds, Lake Mary “

She handled the situation very professionally and even let me in when they weren't ready to take customers yet. Very nice facility. We need to have more places that are customer oriented like them.
