They will pressure you into doing stupid tests that will cost thousands of dollars, make your pets even more sick, and on the way out, they’ll pressure you into getting their pet insurance that they don’t tell you is a 1 year commitment that cannot be cancelled if your pet dies AND the guy trying to sell it to you will give you his business card in your pet’s meds bag to try to sell you his art. Oh don’t forget they won’t give you discharge papers and when you call and ask to at least have them send it to you via email they still won’t. What a horrible, predatory place. Don’t take them to ANY Banfield (see my review for the one down the road in lake Mary- the first location we took our cat to) spent $1,000’s of dollars between 2 locations to make our cat even more sick just to have another vet tell us their diagnosis was wrong and meds were making him sick.

I scheduled appointments recieved text to confirm appointment then the day before they call and tell you its drop off service only. Plus they know your coming and you need to pick up prescription only to tell you when you get there you will have to come back in a few days to get because they just ordered it. Its not easy when you live 25 miles away. I personally are done with them.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
