I've been going to Banfield now for 8 yrs, 5 at this location. The staff here are great. I typically drop my dog off for her exams and when she's ready to be picked up the Vet will call & explain everything & answer any of my questions. Love this location.

This is not the place if you want to see the vet. I scheduled appointments recieved text to confirm appointment then the day before they call and tell you its drop off service only. Plus they know your coming and you need to pick up prescription only to tell you when you get there you will have to come back in a few days to get because they just ordered it. Its not easy when you live 25 miles away. I personally are done with them.

I’m consistently disappointed with my experience at Banfield clinics. My dog was treated for hookworms, and I was charged $80 for medication, only to be told afterward that it “did not work” and that I now need another dose, costing another $60. At no point was I informed that multiple rounds of treatment might be necessary, which feels misleading.
I also pay for their monthly wellness plan, yet I continue to be hit with high charges. The system is disorganized, and there is very little transparency or compassion in how care and costs are communicated.
I don't recommend Banfield to anyone looking for honest pricing, clear communication, or patient-centered care. The front desk is usually nice, so two stars.

The techs were very friendly. The vet took all the time we needed for our old dog who had several issues. We never felt rushed and the staff was both professional and sympathetic. All together a positive experience.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
