All my pets have always gone to these fantastic folks! I've had aggressive and polite pups and they've all been treated great! My family and I would love to thank certain staff the most but have to stick with the whole team. They have always been loving towards my pets and have always made sure I understood what was best for my dogs. We love you and will be back...of course!

I have been taken my pets to Banfield since he was a puppy. I had gotten excellent care for my fur baby (Simian) for the past 6 years. Staff is amazing.

Banfield as a whole has really fallen low on my list. In my last visit the dr kept looking to the assistant as though to get approval for what she thought. The previous banfield was able to offer convenient appointments so that if there bloodwork came back that they couldn’t get there teeth cleaned I didn’t have to pay because it was bloodwork that already needed to be done. But at this Banfield they made me pay for bloodwork because they wanted to have it available for the cleaning. It should be a choice of mine. Or discount it. So I stopped getting the plan w/cleanings for all 4 dogs. Also now I have to call and arrange my appointments no more reminders I also NEVER see the same staff IN THE LOBBY where everything is conducted. You have to beg to get a room which in 7years has been able to happen once. I’m not very happy with Banfield I wish things could go back to the way it used to be. Between cats and dogs we’ve been with Banfield for 30 some yrs. So sad so so sad

I’m giving a 1 only because I have to, my dog was placed on a prescription medication and was one it for 6 weeks, when I called for a refill I was told the doctor wouldn’t be in until Sunday but she would call me Sunday afternoon. Monday morning came and I called again was told the doctor was busy yesterday and she was out but the on call doctor might refill it she would call me back by the end of the day. Well that didn’t happen call 3 on Tuesday morning and was told my dog has to have an appointment for a exam prior to getting a refill 🤬 now my girl is without her medication until Thursday when she can be seen in a room,. I refuse the drop off appointment she is old and it stresses her. I will not renew my plan with Banfield as this is not acceptable service. Why was I not notified earlier about needing an exam prior to getting refill. Also I am really concerned that I always request in room appointments to be told drop off only. Very frustrating and upsetting for me and my girl. She is 10 and hates to be caged and I really wonder what they do with them all day. Are they getting the test and treatment you are paying for? Who knows it’s all behind closed doors.

Don’t take your pets here. I would give zero stars if I could. They will pressure you into doing stupid tests that will cost thousands of dollars, make your pets even more sick, and on the way out, they’ll pressure you into getting their pet insurance that they don’t tell you is a 1 year commitment that cannot be cancelled if your pet dies AND the guy trying to sell it to you will give you his business card in your pet’s meds bag to try to sell you his art. Oh don’t forget they won’t give you discharge papers and when you call and ask to at least have them send it to you via email they still won’t. What a horrible, predatory place. Don’t take them to ANY Banfield (see my review for the one down the road in lake Mary- the first location we took our cat to) spent $1,000’s of dollars between 2 locations to make our cat even more sick just to have another vet tell us their diagnosis was wrong and meds were making him sick.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
