    It's an amazing place. The only thing that made me mad is that I came 20 minutes early and some people came in after me with the same appointment time. The guy at the front passed everyone, and he passed me after everybody. Honestly, I almost walked out. But it is a nice place with good doctors.

    UPDATE: Once again I have had my appointment changed bt the Lady Lake location. According to the manager the appointment is not cancelled for tomorrow it only needs to be a drop off since they only have 1 vet on staff that is in surgery everyday, every morning and cannot see clients in rooms until afternoons and depends on openings available. Or they can reschedule for another appointment with a vet in a room for next available, which I did once again. So I'm now on the 3rd appointment, but haven't been cancelled just rescheduled. My frustration level is overwhelming. It has done absolutely no good to talk to them on their disrespect, my time is just as valuable. For over the past year, maybe longer, its very frustrating dealing with this location. Always to busy, short-handed and over-booked. Several times I simply wanted nail trims and could not be accommodated. Once I was told to come in before 1pm and when I arrived was told sorry we can't help you. Always when you call your put on hold for an extensive time only to be pushed into a voice mail system, so you must hang up and call back again. When making an appointment(s) when booking for several pets, only to be called a week or more later and be told the appointment(s) need to be rescheduled. My frustration level is over the top 😤 . I wanted to post some photos showing being on hold for over 20 minutes then pushed to voicemail. But had no option to do so.

    No one had a clue what was going on. Purchased the puppy package online and scheduled an in person visit. Arrived and got in the room, the tech walked in and didn’t great us or say who she was or what she was doing just sat in the room and started typing on the computer. Overall just disappointed for the lack of communication.

    I can’t thank them enough for the compassion, care, and understanding they showed when I had to put my beloved soul dog down. They walked me through the entire process and lessened the burden by helping take care of the arrangements. Since I didn’t know the extent of my dogs health when I brought him, I didn’t bring any food for him to eat beforehand. They provided me chocolate chip cookies that I could give him before the process started. That extra touch just adds to the fact they go above and beyond for the pets. They even sent a handwritten card a few weeks later expressing their condolences and sharing the memories they had of my dog. I would recommend them every time.

    They say they care, but it appears it's mostly about money. They offer a free 1st visit then over charge and reduce the medications to an exact prescription dosing, then over charged for the full prescription bottle which medication was removed from. Could have got the full bottle from online pharmacy for less. Wouldn't have minded paying more but they should have reduced the cost for a reduced prescription size. Thanks.
