My daughter’s cat died a few hours after visiting this clinic. The visit was only for an evaluation because she had been lost. According to the lab results, the cat only had anemia and dehydration. Her organs were functioning normally based on the tests. Unfortunately, my daughter experience at this clinic was very negative. She brought her cat in for evaluation because her cat was lost for 3 month and somebody founded, and prior to the procedure, blood work was performed. The results clearly showed anemia (low hematocrit and hemoglobin), along with other values indicating that she was not fully stable. Despite these findings, the vaccination was administered without adequately explaining the risks or considering postponing the procedure. Shortly after the vaccination, her cat passed away. As a responsible pet owner, she trusted the veterinarian’s professional judgment, expecting that any decision would be made in the best interest of her pet’s health. However, I believe that in this case, the underlying clinical condition was not properly evaluated before performing a non-urgent procedure. I am sharing this experience so that other pet owners ask questions, seek clear explanations, and ensure their pets are fully stable before being vaccinated. I hope the clinic reviews its protocols to prevent situations like this from happening again.

I booked a sick visit for my cat who was repeatedly vomiting and lethargic, clearly a sensitive and urgent situation. I was left a rude voicemail around 9 am saying that if I didn’t confirm in time they would give the appointment to another pet, I confirmed as soon as I woke up and could, saying that I would be there. This morning around 10 am they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t confirm in time and had already given the appointment away. I have never had these issues with a Vetco before, and have been using them for many years for my cats. I work overnights and do not run on the same schedule as a lot of people. This was rude, unprofessional, and down right insensitive to someone who loves their pets and are in a very emotional situation. Now I have a very sick cat who has to wait a whole day more to see any vet because this office didn’t think I confirmed in time, even though I confirmed a whole almost 30 hours before the appointment time. Vetco, if my 13 year old elderly cat dies because you cancelled my appointment, that’s on you. I will never use this service or recommend them to anyone again, how absolutely heartless to do this to a pet parent during the holidays. I hope you all have the day you deserve.

Horrible service, took my golden for a visit scheduled by the groomer due to an allergy and apparently they cover the visit but my dog has free ver visits so technically they didnt cover it. Dog got checked by the vet, he was great but the assistant was rude, I was handed a bag with the dogs meds and once i asked for instructions she said “read the label and you need to leave bc is 6:01 and we need to go home. I had to figure it out and fi d out what med was for what and treat my dog. Bill was 600 and technically we were kicked out. Never use them, ever.
