Instead of offering help or even a polite refusal, the staff treated me very disrespectfully and forced me to leave the store.one employee stood at the entrance and used hand gestures to block me from entering again.i understand that businesses have the right to refuse service.but the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable.i felt very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.

There is no document that I have from a vet that proves that he has a heart murmur. My dog is a 16 yr old miniature pinscher that is near end of life and just needed one last nail trim to make his last days comfortable.
