  1 horas después de esperar por la primera cita de mi gato , decirme que no pueden atenderlo … que falta de respecto , jamás regresaré a este lugar . Y el poco profesionalismo, no les importó que mi gato presentara unas marcas en la cara que parece un hongo, no porque habían otros pacientes a la misma hora . Que pena que me trataran a mi y a mis hijos así 💔

  I will not be back after being told my dog was matted and needed to cut her short. At pick up i was told she had fleas. I rushed to the vet to be told that wasn't true. There were no signs of her ever having fleas. So now I wonder if she was actually matted. I went in thinking it was going to be 70.00 which ended up being 130.00. They obviously lied about the fleas to charge extra. Not to mention a vet bill. They lost my trust and as a customer

  Great place. Was in and out in no time. Staff various on helping but store is easy enough to get around

  We got all necesary items to set up our fish tank and when the water got cloudy we were able to bring some and get it tested

  Grooming has restrictions they do not make the client aware of until they show up for the appointment. Turned away after loading a 65 lb. Dog into and out of car with balance issues, after having a hip replacement myself. They were unapologetic for not making issues that would disqualify the dog for grooming at the time the appointment was made. Will never use this store again. There are too many other options for that kind of negligible actions
