Don’t go for wounds or injuries unless you want to be sent home with a $400 bill for ear drops and nothing for the wound. Then end up at the ER vet two days later for amputation. Never looked or ran tests. Just told to leave it alone and it will be fine.

Dr Lucas, Jax and Adonis were the perfect team to examine our cats: Ridley and Goose for their annual health exam and vaccinations. They were all so kind, attentive, highly efficient and gentle that I think even the cats would give the staff the "thumbs up!" for a job well done.

By far the worst vet clinic I have ever been to. And they are way overpriced!! We tried bringing our cat in because she is older and has trouble with constipation, which this has already been documented and is common in older cats. I took our cat in to see if they could do an x-ray and see if she was constipated, they wouldn't let me just do an x-ray, they said they had to do a whole panel of blood tests before an x-ray, I said okay, I get that some places have certain policies. So they do all this blood work and find nothing then they do an x-ray and and see that she's constipated. I had to work that evening, and there was no one but me to pick our cat up and bring her home, I picked her up maybe two hours before the vet closed and when I showed up they said she hasn't pooped yet, but she probably will sometime this evening. I asked if she doesn't poop tonight can I bring her back in and you guys give her another enema? She said yes, thats what they usually do if a cat doesn't pass the first time they will give her another..she never pooped, so first thing in the morning I bring her back in and explain that she still hasn't gone, the vet looks at me and says I have to run the same blood work panel i did not even 24 hrs prior for her to be able to do another x ray!!!!! Mind you the cost of the visit not even a day before came to 1,000$!!!!!!!! The entire staff and every vet there are some ill hearted soulless bodies, who shouldn't be working in this field. So i left! I had a cat enema already at home and I used that and she went to the bathroom and was fine!! After this HORRIBLE visit with petco we started going to petfolk out in Orlando and they ask you what tests you need and what ones can wait and when they do their xrays you can chose to just do one and its a quarter of the price of petco!! And when they do a cat enema they will only charge you for one even if it takes more than one and everything from blood work to medication is cheaper!!! And the vets and staff are friendly and genuine! We now have our cats constipation under control but its only because of petfolk. For those going to the petco vet, stop going!! Their are so many other places that are 1,000 times better!! I will never have anything nice to say about petco, and I make sure everyone knows what kind of people they have working for them.
